These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all photography and related services provided by PropVision AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and to all bookings and enquiries made via our website, email or other channels. By placing an order or making a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

2) Services

We provide property photography and related services such as floor plans, virtual tour capture (where offered), and post-production add-ons (e.g., twilight enhancement, AI virtual staging), as described on our website and/or at checkout.



3) Booking requests and confirmation

When you place an order, it is a booking request, not a guaranteed appointment.
We will review your preferred date/time and confirm availability within 24 hours (usually sooner).
Your booking is only confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.



4) Property access and readiness

You are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible at the agreed time and ready to photograph.
If access arrangements are required (concierge, gate codes, key collection, parking notes), please provide them as early as possible (replying to the confirmation email is fine).



5) Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website and/or at checkout.
Card payments: your booking request is submitted immediately.
Bank transfer: please complete payment within 24 hours to secure your booking, unless we agree otherwise by email.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we may need to release the tentative slot.



6) Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please request this by replying to your confirmation email. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email.
Where we have already confirmed and reserved a slot, late cancellations may be chargeable. If a fee applies, we will confirm it by email based on the notice given and any committed costs.



7) Deliverables and turnaround

Deliverables and turnaround targets are as described on the relevant service page and/or at checkout.
Turnaround times are calculated from the time of the shoot (and/or from receipt of payment where applicable) and assume timely access and cooperation.



8) Client responsibilities and permissions

You confirm that you have permission to grant us access to the property and to photograph it, and that you have the right to instruct us (as owner, landlord, agent, tenant, or authorised representative).



9) Copyright and usage licence

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain copyright in all images and related media created.
Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for the marketing and promotion of the photographed property (including use by your appointed agents and platforms for that listing).
You must not sell, sublicense, or use the images for unrelated properties/projects, nor use them as stock imagery, without our written permission.
We may display selected work in our portfolio, website and social media for marketing purposes, unless you request confidentiality in writing before the shoot.



10) Edits and revisions

Our style and editing approach follows a consistent, market-ready standard for property marketing.
If you require changes, please request them promptly after delivery. Minor corrections may be included at our discretion; additional edits may be chargeable.



11) Limitation of liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., access issues, power/internet outages, building restrictions, weather conditions affecting exterior work, or third-party platform issues).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence).



12) Complaints and disputes

If you have a concern, please contact us at hello@propvisionai.co.uk and we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction



13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
