Booking requests & confirmation
• When you place an order, this is a booking request.
• We’ll review your preferred date/time and confirm availability within 24 hours (usually sooner).
• If we can’t accommodate your first choice, we’ll offer the nearest available slot(s).
Preferred date & time
• Please select your preferred shoot date and time window at checkout.
• Your booking is only confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
Property address
• Please enter the full shoot location address, including postcode.
• If access details (concierge, gate codes, parking notes) are important, reply to the confirmation email with details.
Payments
• Card payments: your booking request is submitted immediately.
• Bank transfer: please complete payment within 24 hours to secure your booking (unless we agree otherwise by email).
Rescheduling
• You can request a reschedule by replying to your confirmation email.
• We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Cancellations
• If you need to cancel, reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible.
• If we’ve already confirmed and reserved a slot, late cancellations may be chargeable (you can define the exact window later if you want).
Arrival & access
• Please ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time and that rooms are ready to photograph.
• If a key collection is required, share details in advance.
